Balinese Celebration and Sacred Day on 2009

Some people that come to my blog was search about Bali Sacred Day in 2009. But unfortunately I didn't publish it yet. OK here we go, this is the list of most important Bali Sacred Day at 2009.

January 3rd 2009 - Saraswati
January 7th, 2009 - Pagerwesi
January 24th, 2009 - Siwaratri / Ciwaratri

February
February 21th, 2009 - Tumpek Uduh/ Pengatag

March
March 17th, 2009 - Penampahan Galungan
March 18th, 2009 - Galungan
March 19th, 2009 - Manis Galungan
March 26th, 2009 - Ngerupuk (Ogoh-Ogoh festival)
March 26th, 2009 - Nyepi
March 27th, 2009 - Ngembak Geni
March 28th, 2009 - Kuningan

April
April 7th, 2009 - Celebration at Goa Lawah and Andakasa Temple
April 22nd, 2009 - Celebration at Silayukti Temple

May and June seems didn't have any special celebration or sacred day.

July
July 11th, 2009 - Tumpek Wayang

August
August 1st, 2008 - Saraswati
August 5th, 2008 - Pagerwesi

September seems didn't have any special celebration or sacred day.

October
October 13th , 2009 - Penampahan Galungan
October 14th , 2009 - Galungan
October 15th , 2009 - Manis Galungan
October 124th , 2009 - Kuningan

November
November 3th, 2009 - Celebration at Goa Lawah and Andakasa Temple
November 18th, 2009 - Celebration at Silayukti Temple

December seems didn't have special sacred day as well.

But, although some of month didn't have a special sacred day, but a celebration in certain temple was different. Actually every week there are certain temple that celebrate it's celebration. Hope this information help for tourist who will visit Bali at some sacred day to see the Balinese true Culture.
